Interactive Assessment System

Assessing student skill levels in a particular subject is a critical element in delivering any learning solution. No matter what method is chosen to delver training to employees, our Interactive Assessment System tool is a cost effective alternative to expensive and complicated Learning Management Systems. Modular in design, IAS is a vehicle that allows clients to customize and create tests, assess student skills, and collect evaluations of the learning experience. Interactive Assessment System tools can be used by Learning and Development managers to assess vendor training programs; by IT managers to assess employee skills; or by human resource managers to assess new hires. Employees can use IAS to self-evaluate their current skill level and for developing personal goals. The Interactive Assessment System tool is completely modular. Clients purchase the Administration module and only the additional modules they require.


Administration
This module provides training administrators with a central location to create and edit tests, view results of the individual testing, monitor statistics of the results, maintain a user list and their level of viewing authorization, and other IAS administrative functions.

Pre-Qualification

Qualifies a student prior to taking a course so a student will get the most from the instruction. There is also an HR version of this module that may be used to qualify candidates for employment.

Pre Assessment

Measures the student's knowledge level on the first day of training to establish a baseline for knowledge transfer and assures a student isn't too advanced for the course.

Post Assessment

Measures the student's knowledge upon completion of the course and compares it to the baseline. This test may be taken immediately after the learning session or given at a later time to determine the knowledge retained.

Evaluations

After course completion, training evaluations are filled out by the student and emailed directly to managers in charge of the training. Statistics are also gathered for analysis over a period of time.
